This sparkling wine of choice in the bars of Verona! Not as well known as Prosecco perhaps, but with the Prosecco prices creeping upwards this provides a super alternative. Like Prosecco it has gentle floral aromas, beautiful crisp green apple freshness and a vibrant fizz.
